About the Practitioner
I offer face to face counselling sessions for adults aged 16 years and over and have experience in working with a wide range of issues. My practise draws upon three modalities, psychodynamic, person-centred and existential which, when combined considers various aspects of the cause of our present psychological and emotional anxieties while considering past and present life experiences. It is my aim to offer you a safe and non-judgemental place where you can open up and share the troubles you find yourself struggling. Furthermore, I will work with you at a pace that is suited to your needs and ultimately putting you in control of all that you bring to the sessions.
